Alfieri Auto, car dealer, reference point for the entire Florentine area, asked us to help him find new customers throughout Italy. How to capture the interest of potential buyers and stand out from the competition in seconds?
Alfieri Auto presents us with a double challenge: both the complete social management of the dealer page with auto repair shop and the page dedicated to the sale of the Ligier and Microcar models. On the one hand, we had to stand out from the competition, on the other hand, to face the sale of a niche product often criticized on social networks, and then face prejudice through a targeted strategy.
The social strategy for Alfieri Auto aims to build a strong brand reputation, developing a loyal community where we spread positive, dynamic and youthful messages, with a strong commitment to responsibility, road safety and product knowledge. The continuous presence of a character has consolidated a lasting bond of trust with the public.
We have identified two key profiles for Alfieri Auto: motor enthusiasts and customers looking for a reliable car. In response, we devised a social strategy that would highlight the advantages of the models offered by Alfieri Auto, motivating their value and presenting the benefits of buying from a competent dealer like Alfieri. Our content creation has evolved to include useful tips and suggestions for buyers, always keeping an eye on real time marketing to create greater empathy with the public.
In addition, we have developed an adv strategy that can be adapted over time to promote the dealership and its offers. This strategy allows us to adapt quickly to changes in the market and to new opportunities, ensuring that our advertising campaigns are always relevant and results-oriented. We closely monitor the performance of our adv campaigns and make updates and optimizations when necessary to maximize return on investment and achieve our marketing objectives.
To achieve our goals, we have adopted an engaging storytelling: a unique and recognizable hook for both of our targets.
We have created both short, attractive and sometimes fun videos that communicate directly, and informative content not only on the products sold, but also on their maintenance and care.
