How did we LIVE communicate an iconic brand like Kappa at the Kappa FuturFestival, enhancing the brand, its style and telling the experience of guest influencers throughout the event in real time? We created engaging live content that captured the essence of the festival, turning every moment into a dynamic visual narrative. The result? Stunning content and great community engagement.
The main challenge was to create content that not only documented the event, but also communicated the mood of the brand at the festival and the presence of the influencers in an authentic and engaging way. We had to convey the energy and uniqueness of Kappa and the Kappa FuturFestival, turning every shot and filming into a high impact visual experience.
Our response to the challenge was ‘Kappture the Vibes’: a concept combining photography and video to capture and convey the vibe of the festival. Focusing on pre-production, we planned every detail to be ready to capture and share the highlights of the event in real time. This approach allowed us to create innovative and trend-setting visual content aligned with the fashion industry, ensuring an authentic and engaging narrative of the festival.
The pre-production phase was crucial to the success of the project: during a festival of this magnitude every detail has to be studied and planned well in advance because the unexpected is always just around the corner. We drew up a detailed shotlist for the three video recaps of the festival days, identified references for the stories and decided which shots to take to best capture the atmosphere of the Kappa FuturFestival.
During the three days of the Kappa FuturFestival, our production team covered every angle of the event, capturing its unique energy and emotions.Despite weather challenges, such as rain, we managed to meet all agreed timelines, producing and post-producing video recaps, stories and live photos to provide a complete and immediate narrative of the event.
The narrative structure of the videos was designed to allow viewers to experience both the festival and the influencers' experiences first-hand, using techniques such as POV, 360° shooting, slow shutter and camera lock. We developed three interconnected recap videos, with transitions linking each day of the festival.
In addition to covering the festival, we followed ten international brand ambassadors from Italy, France, Spain and Greece, documenting their guided tour of the BasicNet group headquarters, which includes brands such as Robe di Kappa®, K-Way®, Superga®, Briko®, Jesus® Jeans, Sabelt® and Sebago®. We recorded their preparation for the festival and the sports activities organised for them.
This approach allowed us to offer a complete overview of the Kappa experience, from backstage to the liveliness of the festival, strengthening the public's bond with the brand.
The content produced was distributed through Kappa's brand and influencer social channels, maximising the visibility and engagement of the target audience. For each day of the festival, a video recap, 5 video stories and various photo content were published to keep the audience's attention.
The campaign culminated with the publication of an overall video recap and some extra content that recounted the Kappa experience of the brand ambassadors. Thanks to our content strategy, Kappa strengthened its presence at the Kappa FuturFestival, engaging the audience and enhancing merchandising through a contemporary visual narrative.
The success of the campaign was reflected in increased engagement on social media and increased brand visibility.
