A milestone anniversary deserves a celebration worthy of its legacy. For Merlo, we organized an exclusive corporate event: 150 dealers from around the world came together to mark this incredible achievement.

Sixty years of innovation, excellence, and vision: to celebrate this milestone, Merlo brought together its top global dealers for an exclusive event. An immersive experience blending history, innovation, and celebration to honor a brand that has made a lasting impact on the industrial sector.

Challenge.

Bringing together 150 people from across the world—each with different cultures and languages—was not just a logistical effort but a true organizational challenge. The event needed to be exclusive, international, and perfectly orchestrated to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.

Proposition.

We designed a tailor-made experience reflecting Merlo’s DNA: innovation, tradition, and human connections. Every aspect of the event was meticulously planned to enhance the brand’s identity and create a cohesive narrative, balancing institutional moments with celebratory experiences.

A global event

Simpol. the reactive agency managed the entire organization, overseeing every detail—from logistics and guest hospitality to entertainment and venue selection—ensuring an event that met the highest expectations.

Creativity led every decision, from the development of the visual concept to the selection of activities for the guests. We crafted an elegant and cohesive brand identity for the event, implemented across graphics, communication materials, and venue setups. The event was structured to offer a smooth and engaging experience, alternating informative sessions and networking opportunities with emotional and immersive moments.

An immersive journey through history and celebration

The event was divided into two distinct phases:

Corporate session in Cuneo
Guests attended an opening meeting, followed by a deep dive into Merlo’s history and innovations. Split into three groups, they experienced an exclusive visit to the Merlo museum, a guided tour of the production facilities, and a screening of a documentary on Amilcare Merlo alongside the official 60th-anniversary video. The session concluded with a convivial lunch.

A prestigious location for a grand celebration. Guests enjoyed a private guided tour of the historical site, followed by an elegant aperitif with live music. The gala dinner took place in the prestigious Sala del Cervo, culminating in an exclusive Candlelight concert featuring iconic musical pieces that symbolized key moments in Merlo’s journey.

The event was thoroughly documented through high-quality photo and video production, capturing every meaningful moment. From corporate highlights to the evening celebration, each piece of content was designed to strengthen the brand’s identity and create an emotional storytelling experience.

The materials were distributed across Merlo’s global branches, ensuring widespread international visibility through corporate channels, press releases, and social media.
