Through the creation of a new social strategy, coordinated image, content production and constant advertising publication and promotion, Simpol. the reactive agency will guide all the communication of Lingotto Fiere and of the events organized and hosted by 2024.
Our challenge for this project is to capture the whole essence of the events hosted and organized by the exhibition center and to convey the great commitment of GL events in organizing and managing them.
Simpol. supports GL events in the digital communication project for Lingotto Fiere, from the online image to the production of content. Our objectives are clear: to amplify the incisive and engaging presence of the exhibition center and its events.
Let's start with the detailed analysis of the targets and unique characteristics of Lingotto Fiere: a communication project has been designed to further consolidate the reputation of the exhibition center as a place of excellence for national and international events, as well as to tell the story of the great machine hidden behind the production of every successful event.
Let's then move on to the analysis of the events organized by GL events: Torino Comics, Expocasa, Horeca, Restructura, Amts, Xmas Comics, to structure the most suitable social strategy for communicating the fair in the months before, during and after the end of the same.
In addition to the fairs organized above, for which we have created content suitable to populate social channels and to tell the event in every aspect, we have also taken care of the entire live content creation of the events hosted such as Book Fair, Artissima, Club2Club, Festival dell'Oriente, Skillfully [...], deploying all the expertise of the Production department for high-quality content, and the Social Content Creation department for a fresher and more responsive story during the days of development.
Distribution is the key to success: every content is designed to reach its specific audience in the best way, for this reason every organized fair has Instagram and Facebook channels as points of reference, while the image of Lingotto Fiere is active not only on Meta but also on TikTok.
We complete the communication project with specific ADV campaigns for each event whose objectives vary from lead generation to ticket sales.
Everything is done to increase the influx of visitors during the fair days, helping to increase the online presence and awareness of Lingotto Fiere and its events.
